Recipes from the Breadwinner’s Box
This column, posted once a month, will feature a recipe from the kitchen of a Bluffton University faculty or staff member. If you’re a faculty or staff member at Bluffton University and would like to contribute a recipe please contact us at the email address above.

My Mennonite Grandma
Let’s face it. We all know that the best food EVER comes from mothers and grandmothers. This column, published once a month, would feature a recipe from someone’s grandma. Since Bluffton University is Mennonite affiliated (and since Mennonites are pretty much the most rad cooks in the universe) we really would like to find someone’s super cool and kitchen loving Mennonite relative to write a regular (once a month) column for us about her adventures in the kitchen. Our relatives, particularly our elders (no matter if it’s elder by a year or by 50), always have great experiences to share and that’s part of what we’re looking for here. If you have a totally awesome grandmother or  great aunt or if you ARE a totally awesome grandmother or great aunt who would like to share cooking adventures with us young’uns (at the moment we’re all a group of 20-somethings and we NEED your expert advice for our kitchens!) please contact us at the email address above.
